Crystal Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care rests on seven acres surrounded by beautiful views of nature in Canton, Michigan. We specialize in the continuum of care for those who require assisted living and memory care.

At Crystal Creek, we offer a special focus on residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia and other memory conditions. Our service plans and life enrichment programs are person-centered with a focus on promoting optimal independence. At every stage, we try to give residents’ families the assurance they need that their loved ones are in a safe, secure and supportive environment.

Our community provides four buildings for residents to call home. Each building features 16 private rooms and 2 semi-private rooms with access to on-site primary care, mental health, and other specialty providers.

Crystal Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care are dedicated to creating a loving and safe long-term care environment for all of our residents, helping each of them achieve their maximum potential.
