Independent Living
Comfortable communal living in a well-appointed home with easy access to medical services, shopping and restaurants. Includes daily check-ins, cleaning, laundry and daily home-cooked dinner service, as well as regular group activities.
Assisted Living Services
Our foundational service, assisted living encompasses a broad spectrum of services. In addition to helping residents with ADL’s, it includes medication monitoring, carrying out medical orders, conducting activities, cooking and serving all meals, cleaning and daily laundry services, all on a 24×7 basis.
Respite Care
In addition to permanent assisted living services, we offer temporary services for as short as one week, providing relief and flexibility for families and their loved ones.
Dementia & Alzheimer’s Care
Sugarbush Living staff is specially-trained in memory care for residents suffering from Dementia and Alzheimer’s.
Computerized Medication Monitoring
We take medication administration seriously, monitoring it closely. Our pharmacy integrated system alerts our medications lead when there may be issues to correct them immediately. We supplement this with strong processes with regular checks to avoid errors.
Medical Services
Providing successful assisted living care requires proactive coordination with each resident’s doctor, home health aides, hospice and other providers. In calm times and emergencies, our on-call physicians and medical service partners are regularly onsite and always at the ready to assist.
Nourish
Mealtime should be something to be savored. Our dedicated cook prepares fresh meals from scratch each day in our commercial kitchen. Selecting from hundreds of recipes in the Sugarbush Living cookbook, the focus is on providing in season meals that account for our residents’ dietary restrictions.

Our dedicated activities coordinator has something in store for every resident so they remain engaged and active to the extent they can. With two rounds of daily activities that focus on physical activity and mental stimulation, residents enjoy time together and get their competitive juices flowing!
