We have frequent ice cream socials, mix-and-mingles and family events. Outings might be for picnics, scenic drives or to cheer on the Lansing Lugnuts Minor League Baseball team. You can choose the apartment that best suits your loved one s needs from three floor plans, one of which is a companion suite. Filled with natural light from large windows, our apartments are a place for your loved one to be surrounded by the comfort of his or her own familiar furnishings, family photos and treasured keepsakes.

Our memory care program is focused on creating feelings of belonging and purpose for your loved one, while seeking to preserve their sense of self. More simply, we meet them where they are. With gentle guidance and visual reminders, we help them flourish in activities such as gardening, kitchen work and other projects that provide the opportunity to use meaningful life skills and talents.

Our supportive dining environment encourages familiarity and socialization during mealtime. Three flavorful nutritious home-style meals and snacks are served daily in our dining area. We keep mealtimes very routine for our residents to help alleviate any confusion or added stress. All residents sit together at the same time and same table each day and place settings enhance and provide ease for each person.

Deeply rooted in a person-centered approach, our Alzheimer s and dementia care is called the Clare Bridge program, where each resident is surrounded by others with the same cognitive abilities, to give them the important feeling of fitting in.

The Clare Bridge Daily Path provides residents with a structured, yet fun, routine of activities discussions for mental workouts, dancing for physical exercise that help maintain their abilities and encourage the use of their current skills, even when dementia is advanced.
