Diana’s Care is locally owned, as opposed to a Corporate-based facility. This allows us to blend in with Otsego’s small town community. However, Diana’s Care is more than an owner live-in home. Our care structure is similar to larger facilities with professional staff, and RN management.
Diana’s Care provides Adult Foster Care for 12 residents in a home like setting including the aged, wheelchair accessible, physically handicapped, developmentally disabled, and those with early stage/mild Alzheimer’s.
Diana’s Care will help residents meet their needs by providing a safe, clean and respectful enviornment with trained direct care staff. Diana’s Care will encourage family and friends to visit. Diana’s Care will encourage residents to stay active and maintain positive social skills.
Diana’s Care will provide in home services to all residents, including:
- 3 balanced meals per day plus snacks.
- Personal care assistance.
- Medication administration.
- Preventative health care.
- 24 hour direct care staff.
- Housekeeping and laundry service.
- Use of home, backyard, and patio.
- Scheduled activities.
Diana’s Care will provide scheduled transportation for medical & dental, up to 25 miles away.
Available in the community are several places of worship, local shopping, and dining for convenient day trips with family members.
