Eden Fields Assisted Living & Memory Care is a resplendent assisted living community in Standish, Michigan. It is within lively Arenac County which is part of the Great Lakes State.

Eden Fields Assisted Living and Memory Care offers a residence for anyone who is in need of daily assistance. We are proud to offer true memory care and have designed specialized programs to meet each residents individual needs. Individual resident apartments include a private shower and residents are encouraged to furnish their own living space. Eden Fields is providing the next best place when choosing to reside anywhere other than home.

We offer 20 assisted living apartments with a combination of studios and one bedrooms. Our memory care offers 20 studio apartments. Each apartment can be customized by the resident so they feel at home. Our family like environment offers daily activity and stimulation to maximize function of each individual. We also have a large community room, activity room, beauty shop, and access to the outdoors. The courtyard has a covered pavilion, and vegetable and flower gardens for the residents to tend to.

Eden Fields is staffed 24 hours per day with qualified personnel, and a nurse on call for any changes in the resident's status. Emergency systems are available in all of the apartments. We offer an in house medical provider as an option for their total care. Our staff includes our administrator, resident care supervisor, LPNs, nursing assistants, kitchen staff, full kitchen/laundry service, and maintenance staff. 

Services Included:

• Assistance with medication administration and nurse on staff to address immediate questions or facilitate in needed care.
• Assistance with activities of daily living, such as showering, dressing, denture care/oral care, ambulatory or wheelchair assistance.
• Ordering needed supplies; such as diabetic or oxygen supplies.
• Meals prepared by experienced cook with BBQs in the courtyard; staff assistance to meals and events. 
• Fresh water and snacks delivered to rooms twice daily and as needed or requested.
• Activities provided daily; some of which to include exercise, recreational therapy, arts and crafts, church services, games, themed dinners, etc.
• Van accessible for community outings and resident trips such as Dow Gardens, Loons Games, Frankenmuth at Christmas time, etc.

Aging is a natural process, but at times it can require assistance to improve your quality of life.  We want Eden Fields to not only provide that needed care for our residents, but to keep them engaged in their new family community.  Our goal has been to provide an environment that will continue to maximize their function, enjoyment, and maintain their dignity.  We plan to engage the community businesses and resources to play a part in the role of aging gracefully.  As our doors open and our home fills, people will begin to understand that this is an exciting new phase in their life.
