At Prairie Senior Cottages, we specialize in offering a, small home-like setting for those entrusted to our care. Our cottage setting allows for greater continuity of care, relationship building, trust and better staffing ratios. Prairie Senior Cottages (PSC) has been a leader in providing homes and services to those with memory care needs since 1998.
We recognize that each resident has a unique personality. We train our staff to adapt to the unique needs of the individual with personalized resident-centered care. During meal times, our home environment, the aromas of cooking and social interaction with other residents and staff is a comforting, memory provoking benefit and activity.
Another benefit of our Cottage in Alexandria is our company vehicle which is available for appointments and outings for the residents. In addition, we provide onsite doctor rounds, beautician, devotions, music, player piano and ongoing family events.
