The Scandi Haven Village senior living facility offers a variety of room options for independent living residents that do not need extra care services. Should a resident require assisted living services, the transition to a care routine can be implement without changing apartments.
The Scandi Haven Village senior living facility offers assisted living options for residents requiring additional care through À La Carte services. Should a resident in independent living require assisted living services, the transition to a care routine can be implemented without changing apartments. Apartment layouts include a full kitchen, full bathroom and individually controlled heat and air conditioning.
A staff member will meet with you and assist you in choosing an apartment and review the many amenities we have to offer. In addition to the amenities included in rent, individuals in these apartments will need to select care services to best meet their needs. A registered nurse (RN) will perform a comprehensive assessment to determine the services needed for each tenant. Services available are designed to help tenants remain as independent as possible in an apartment they can make their own, while still receiving the support they need.
The Scandi Haven Village senior living facility offers accommodations for residents requiring memory-specific care services. The memory care wing is secured to ensure each resident’s safety. There are 19 memory support suites with simplified floor plans that offer a private room and bathroom. With secured exits and a courtyard, we are able to offer peace of mind to loved ones, and the flexibility for residents to move freely indoors and out.
The caring staff at Scandi Haven Village take great pride in providing the best care possible to all of our residents. We understand the need for a high staff-to-resident ratio which allows us to provide a unique level of care. Residents receive consistent, on-going interaction with our staff on a day-to-day basis.
It is our belief that dignity is a key component in the care of those with dementia, and we strive to provide the highest levels of care for our residents – mind, body and spirit. Prior to admission, a thorough social, emotional, spiritual and health assessment is performed. We understand that each resident is uniquely different and deserves the utmost attention and care. We offer the care and attention needed to help with this process in each unique case.
