New Journey Residence, LTD opened in September, 2015 with the desire to serve those who need our support and care. The New Journey Residence team is focused on giving as much freedom and individuality to the residents as possible.
Through an RN assessment, conversations with our residents, their families and loved ones and case manager (when appropriate), we design a plan of care that supports the goals and wishes of the resident. Our intent is to assist where needed, support when able and always encourage each resident to live a fulfilling life.
