At The Waterview Woods, we offer 2 studio apartments, 4 one-bedroom apartments, and 2 apartments that have two bedrooms and shared living space. These apartments are convenient and comfortable.
We strive to create a home-like atmosphere with all the desired amenities on one level. We have excellent staff with a regularly scheduled nurse and 24/7 access to a nurse via the connected nursing home. The Waterview Woods is equipped with a 24-hour video monitoring system in the hallway and parking lot for tenant safety and peace of mind for loved ones. Residents are also offered an assistance requested pendant to notify staff if needed.
We make every effort to encourage the maximum independence of our residents while still providing them with assistance when needed.

Our facility has dedicated medical staff who visit residents regularly to provide medical checkups.
