Mount Royal Pines III was built in 2000 and was the first assisted living complex of its kind for seniors in Duluth. There are 54 fully-equipped apartments that each includes a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bath. Our three-story apartment building is locally-owned and operated by the Edmunds Company, which has called Duluth home since 1952. Owners Ronald and Michael Edmunds are life-long Duluth residents and built their company upon the old fashioned idea of providing excellent, personalized service to each of the company’s clients and residents.
At Pines III, our highly-trained and dedicated staff is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week to ensure residents receive the care that they need.
Health Services provided by Mount Royal Pines III include:
- Three daily “I’m okay” checks
- Escorting residents to and from meals and activities, if needed
- Wellness clinics and health education programs
- Activity programs
- A fitness center for prescribed therapy or personal use
- An emergency response system
Also, located in the Mount Royal Pines complex is Living Well Therapy which offers services from physical, occupational, speech and massage therapists, all in one clinic. Their staff is experienced in working with a wide variety of injuries, post-surgical conditions, and medical diagnosis.
