We are a part of the Ebenezer family, which has been serving older adults for over 101 years. Ebenezer, which means “Stone of Help“, was founded in 1917, by Minneapolis Lutherans to provide community-centered care for homeless older adults and others in need. In addition, Stonehaven of Eagan is also affiliated with Fairview Services to give our residents the best options for doctors, clinics, and on-site care such as Therapy (Physical, Occupational, and Speech), Hospice, Dentistry and Podiatry.
