With fifteen apartment styles to choose from, Elk River Senior Living provides comfortable living arrangements for you to call home. Our Independent Living senior rental apartments are thoughtfully designed to help residents age in place with care services available at any time. With a full kitchen in each apartment, washers and dryers in most, and storage throughout, you will love to call Elk River Senior Living home for years to come! 

Whether you are looking for just a few services and the flexibility to add more down the line, or daily help with medication management, grooming, dressing, bathing, and a variety of other daily activities, Elk River Senior Living's team is here for you. We ensure our residents receive top-of-the-line care that makes them feel at home, including delicious meals prepared fresh every day by our in-house chef. Our home care packages are flexible and customizable so that you receive assistance with health care, personal care, household tasks, and more, even as your needs change.

If assistance is needed, our staff works with you to design individualized service plans that maintain your independence and relieve you and your family from daily cares and worry. Assisted Living Services are available in every apartment at Elk River Senior Living. Should you move in independently and need services down the line, rest assured that you can receive that care—on any floor, in any apartment.

Elk River Senior Living's Memory Care Neighborhood is thoughtfully designed to promote the well-being of its residents by providing an optimal balance of security, independence, and empowerment for those living with the challenges of memory loss. Along with 24-hour staffing and top-of-the-line care, our Neighborhood regularly hosts small group activities that focus on each resident’s capabilities. Interactive games and events enhance our seniors’ sense of joy and accomplishment and promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Our compassionate and experienced staff respects each residents’ space in their private apartment homes and encourages their participation in our community events. 

We’ve coordinated all our care services to provide choices that allow you to age in place. Even if you move in independently, care can be arranged should you need services down the line.
