Ingleside

Ingleside is a private family owned single level 62 unit assisted living facility located on the South end of Fairmont near Hall Lake. Ingleside is part of the Colony Court family which has over 28 years of experience providing solutions to seniors in Minnesota.

Ingleside expanded to 42 apartments from 30 in February 2008. The expansion included a brand new dining area, twelve brand new suites, the addition of a completely enclosed landscaped courtyard, two new two bedroom apartments with full kitchens, and the complete remodel of the original studio apartments.

Ingleside expanded again to 62 apartments by adding memory care and care suites to its senior living solutions offered in Fairmont. This expansion was completed and opened late 2016.

At Ingleside you will find friendly staff in an inviting home-like environment. We pride ourselves in being the best value in assisted living in Fairmont and the only assisted living in Fairmont to be entirely on one level. We certainly hope we can be of assistance to you and your family.

Activities are an important part of what is offered at Ingleside. The activity program is managed and run by a full-time dedicated Activity Director that engages and listens to all of our residents to offer activities and programs that have something for everyone. Come be a part of the fun from Bingo to crafts and exercise to musical entertainment!
