Heritage House Elder Care is a magnificent assisted living community in Faribault, Minnesota. It is within fine Rice County which is part of the North Star State.
While nursing homes have their place, they can often leave some resident's feeling lost in the shuffle and overwhelmed by the fast pace. Many elderly adults feel more comfortable in a smaller, more family oriented environment.
When living at home is no longer an option we invite you to consider Heritage House Elder Care. Heritage House provides a comfortable, caring home for our residents. Our commitment is to enhance the lives of our residents through shared activities, nutritious food, and celebrations of everyday life.

We employ a full time Licensed Practical Nurse, A Registered Nurse and Certified Nursing Assistants. Historically, we have cared for individuals requiring Foley Catheters, feeding tubes, daily injections and the like.
Heritage House Elder Care provides 24 hour care in a home-like environment. Resident's receive assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation and medication management. We are able to provide speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy and Hospice, if indicated.
