Our professional, dedicated staff provides exceptional skilled nursing care, focused on rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living services.
Maintaining your independent lifestyle is what it is all about in a Frazee Senior Villa. We have 1 & 2 bedroom units to choose from. All of our units include a dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator and individual heating/cooling units.
Other amenities include a central laundry room, beautiful fenced patios, individual garage space, a spacious community room, secure entrance and interior mailbox.
Assisted living is often times called the “bridge” between independent living and skilled nursing care and offers the perfect blend of independence and assistance for those who enjoy living on their own but could use a little help. Assisted living residents enjoy three delicious meals daily, activities, housekeeping, laundry and 24-hour service plan for each resident, depending on his or her specific needs.
Residents enjoy the private, spacious apartments complete with a large bathroom and walk-in shower. Assisted living is available in both Frazee and Vergas.
The transition to a nursing home can be a major change for both the resident and the family.
Skilled nursing care at Frazee Care Center offers around-the-clock care for persons who require the services of a professional nursing staff or are unable to live independently. Our staff includes registered and licensed nurses, as well as certified nursing assistants, working together to provide the highest quality clinical and personal care.
Caring professionals from the social services, activities, dietary and environmental services departments round out the complete skilled nursing care team. Working together with the resident and family, this team will develop an individualized care plan for the resident that encompasses a wide range of needs – physical, emotional, social, and spiritual. As time passes, this care plan is regularly reviewed and revised to reflect the changing needs of the resident.
Our skilled services include a wide range of treatment possibilities, including medically-complex scenarios for residents requiring IV therapy, antibiotics or comprehensive wound care. Skilled care residents additionally enjoy a rich and varied activity program, our exceptional dining offerings, and our spiritual care program.

At Frazee Care Center, you can work with specially-trained therapists in a comfortable, hometown setting. From physical and occupational therapy to speech therapy, our therapists will work closely with you to develop a rehabilitative care program tailored to meet your specific needs. Therapy is available five days a week.
Our team approach develops unique rehabilitation programs for each person.
- Physical therapy may include strength training, pain management, massage, electrical stimulation, and hydrotherapy in our whirlpool bath.
- Occupational therapists assist residents in attaining their highest level of independence in daily living skills.
- Speech therapists work with those who need to regain communication and swallowing skills which may include the use of ultrasound.
