Our building is new, clean and spacious, with individual apartments that are roomy and private. Yet friends may be only steps away. A community dining room serves three well prepared meals daily and offers a chance for good socialization. Spend time in our library, movie room, chapel or beauty/barber shop when you wish. Although we offer much to stimulate and enhance life quality, we also realize and encourage the need for privacy and independence.
Assisted Living offers the support of staff to provide assistance with daily living activities which may have become more difficult. The health care services are provided by the staff in our community.

Designed and built specifically for persons with memory impairment, our specialized memory care wings at Prairie Meadows offer independence within secure surroundings. Suites or apartments are furnished with each resident’s personal belongings, fostering a feeling of familiarity and security. Residents remain socially active, and programming is incorporated into the normal rhythm of life.
