Meadow Place has been thoughtfully designed to integrate home and community. The facility features common areas and activities where residents can socialize. With our staff taking care of typical home care and light cleaning, residents have time for leisure activities without the work of maintaining a house.
Features and services included in monthly rent:
- Designated unfurnished apartment unit with kitchenette (refrigerator and stove), handicap accessible bathroom and bedroom
- Utilities (water/sewer, heat/air conditioning, garbage, electricity, basic cable television) and use of common areas.
- Three meals per day (continental breakfast, noon and evening meal). Missed meals are not refundable.
- Annual cleaning of windows and carpet traffic areas only. (Furniture will not be moved.)
- Basic maintenance of apartment, facility-owned fixtures and appliances, facility and grounds; not including tenant’s personal items.
- Personal call pendant monitored by building staff 24 hours per day. There are additional charges for Home Care services, which include responding to the personal call pendant.
- Social activities and recreational programs: per monthly schedule.
- Laundry facilities, with furnished water and electricity.
- Assistance in securing additional supportive and home care services.
- Weekly cleaning of kitchen and bathroom.
- Parking availability.
- Monthly blood pressure checks.
- Access to wellness activities.
