Central Todd County Care Center Inc. is a private, non-profit corporation located in Clarissa Minnesota. We consist of a 60 bed Skilled Nursing Facility and 16 Assisted Living Apartments. Our service community extends from Browerville to Hewitt along the Highway 71 corridor.
We provide skilled nursing, physical, occupational, and speech therapeis as well as outpatient therapy to our Care Center, Assisted Living Apartments and to our service community.
Our warm and home-like environment offers our residents a variety of services to promote a healthy, independent, safe and loving experience whether a person is in need of a short or long term stay.

We offer onsite outpatient physical and occupational therapies to help you recover after surgery, illness, work comp injuries, or accidents. We are accepting new clients daily for community members of any age.
Between Colonial Terrace and the Care Center, we have 16 assisted living apartments with a wide variety of services available.
