The Wealshire of Medina is our newest Alzheimer's/Dementia care commmunity located in Medina, Minnesota. The Medina Campus is now open and accepting new residents. The Wealshire provides the highest levels of dementia care to residents across four separate households. The households are customized to the level of care they serve, which provides a unique tailored care experience for our residents.
