Catholic Eldercare offers a caring, community atmosphere for elders of all faiths, where they receive the support, respect, and spiritual enrichment they need. For 30 years, Catholic Eldercare has been providing affordable elder housing and care. Every resident has ready access to whatever level of care services they require, and can enjoy a friendly, comfortable setting.

Catholic Eldercare's RiverVillage North is a community of thirty-five subsidized apartments providing quality independent living at accessible rates for seniors 62 and over. Our facility offers four different apartment floor plans for more space and greater privacy and unique architecture featuring inviting “front porch“ areas.

Our residents enjoy a true feeling of home with complete amenities for independent living. Our unique floor plans and large apartments include in-unit kitchens and laundry on each floor. Readily available parking ensures our residents maintain independence with ease.

Our community is attached to RiverVillage East assisted living and St. Hedwig’s Catholic Church. Residents may purchase meals, health care, and any other services from our RiverVillage East facility, and are welcome to participate in all RiverVillage East activities.
