Ottawa Home Health Services is family owned and operated assisted living facilities that provides a peaceful, fully accessible home settings that specializes in providing services for adults who have been diagnosed mental illness or other disabilities  

Our residential home environment is warm and inviting – including a spacious dining room and living room where residents and guests are able to visit with one another.  Our homes offer private bedrooms and experienced care for our residents.

Guests are welcome and encouraged to come and visit their loved ones any time they would like.

We strive to provide a warm and inviting environment that offers expertly skilled caregivers to handle a multitude of services. High staff to resident ratio's along with RN onsite visits and 24 hour on call RN availability. 

To provide the best of care, we work with the physicians, social workers and any other caregivers to provide a team approach of services. Our staff is engaged with our residents and their care offering quality of life.
