At Legacy Place we offer an alternative to traditional nursing home care. We specialize in cares to individuals that would thrive in a smaller setting. Our desire is to develop a sense of community and mutual respect within our country home. We specialize in providing care to residents 55 and older who require one person assist. Legacy Place is a locked facility offering a peace of mind to family and residents.

Individualized Care, based on care level assessed by RN
Registered Nurse On-Call 24 hours per day, seven days per week

Medication Management provided by RN, in coordination with Pharmacy

Menu planning for three home prepped meals with scheduled snacks daily
