We have 20 apartments with 3 different sizes. We offer a wide range of services for those who need them such as: assistance with medication set up or administration, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting or even simple wound care. We can also escort you to your doctor or therapy appointments if you receive your care at the Gundersen Spring Grove Clinic. All of those who reside at Spring Grove Assisted Living receive weekly laundry and housekeeping. They also receive 3 meals per day and snacks. We offer many activities including bingo, music, going for outings, attending music in the park, playing cards and church services.
