Glacial Trails Memory Care offers intimate memory care programming by extensively trained staff in a sixteen unit secured environment. We offer spacious areas for activities and movement within throughout. In addition, we offer a secure outdoor garden patio adjacent to the dining area. Staff are trained specific in memory care and related disorders and available 24 hours a day.

- Nursing assessment and ongoing case management on a routine basis by qualified RN
