- Daily trash removal from apartment
- Weekly linen service
- Available Wi-fi
- Two loads of personal laundry
- Private mailbox and key for US Mail Service
- Continental breakfast in the dining room, along with two nutritious meals per day (noon & evening)

- Scheduled social, religious, educational, and recreational activities
