Our Residential Care Home is a 55+ assisted living for those living with Alzheimer’s and related dementias. Our house is 6,000 square foot home located in the Wedgewood Park neighborhood of Woodbury.
It provides a residential environment with single level living. The home features a beautiful sunroom, living room, family room, dining room and kitchen- plus six spacious private bedrooms. Residents are not only invited but encouraged to participate in household tasks such as baking banana bread, folding the laundry, drying dishes etc.
Our courtyard and patio are enclosed; a safe space for all to enjoy the beauty of nature with a glass of lemonade and a quiet conversation.
Our home is a safe haven. We strive to minimize the use of behavioral medication, offering instead a social model that focuses on techniques nurturing each individuals’ personal preferences and their life legacy.
