Hillcrest Manor is in the rural community of Hamilton, MO. The facility resides in Caldwell County. Hillcrest Manor provides long-term care as well as rehab services for the surrounding communities. The facility also offers residential care apartments for the surrounding community. This facility has grown and improved since it first opened in the late 1960's.
Hillcrest Manor is a 90 bed skilled nursing facility and a 24 bed residential care facility that is attached to the skilled facility. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Long Term Care Insurance, Hospice, Private pay and some Medicare Replacement Plans to provide 24-hour care for our residents. It is important for all our residents’ needs, physical, social, emotional, spiritual, to be met. Comprehensive care plans help identify those needs and aid the management and care givers in developing a treatment goal for our residents. Our professional staff is qualified to provide skilled services for rehab to home short stays as well as on a long-term basis. We offer top-notch, caring therapy services. These include physical, occupational, and speech therapy. We have after care therapy with restorative therapy. Restorative therapy continues to maintain and improve the resident’s progress after initial therapy. Hillcrest staff ensures a quality review of resident’s situation prior to discharge to make the resident’s transition to home safe, social, and ensure proper support team for success.
Our therapy department is comprised of 3 disciplines Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy.
We provide excellent therapy for both short and long term stays. Our therapy department will work hard to assist each resident in reaching their maximum level independence.
Our dietary department is outstanding! Residents are offered a variety of healthy meals. At Hillcrest Manor, residents are given menus to choose the meal choice they like from 2 entrees, vegetable choices, etc. There are always alternate choices available to the residents. Residents are provided nutritious meals according to recommendations from dietician and physician. Healthy snacks are provided at any time resident requests as well as three times a day. Hillcrest Manor has 2 dining rooms with a rustic and homelike atmosphere.
Our activity department works very hard to provide interesting and socializing activities to our residents. Some activities offered are Bingo, Shopping trips, Musical activities, Current Events. Hillcrest Manor has an aviary for residents and family to view. Church is offered every Sunday by various denominations in the community.
Hillcrest Manor offers transportation to and from doctor appointments. Whenever possible, a staff member will accompany residents using public transportation services.
Hillcrest Manor offers assisted living apartments to the community. Each apartment has a small living room, bedroom, private bathroom with walk in shower, small refrigerator in each apartment. Hillcrest Manor offers housekeeping, meals, activities, assistance with medications, and laundry services to residents in assisted living at no extra charge.
Hillcrest Manor offers private rooms as well as semi private rooms. We offer respite care for community and hospice patients.
We accept admissions 24 hours a day seven days a week.
