Licensed as Assisted Living Facility through the Mississippi Department of Health, the Buckman Enrichment Home is an 8,650 square-foot home containing 10 double bedrooms with private full baths, solarium, dining hall and media room and is equipped with an attendant call system for 24-hour access to direct support personnel.
The Buckman Activity Center is primarily utilized by residents who participate in the Enrichment Program and contains a partial kitchen, multiple lounging areas, a sensory room, and a gathering space where crafts and other activities are facilitated. It is conveniently located within walking distance from the Buckman Enrichment Home and the Community Life Building, the latter of which provides fitness and music therapy opportunities for this group of residents.
