Heavenly Angels lets you use the physical and mental doctor of your choice. Heavenly Angels will accompany and assist patients in accessing community resources and participating in community activities. We provide supervision and monitoring in the personal care home, during transportation and in the community setting. The personal care servicer may accompany, when medically justified, patients during transport provided by the provider.
With home health, there will be an RN, LPN, physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist and social worker, if needed. Hospice offers the same, in addition to a chaplain and a nursing assistant. Heavenly Angels is the place to be if you want a lovable Earthly home until God calls you to a greater place which is your Heavenly Home.

What We Offer

- Staff will be on-duty 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
- We provide 3 meals a day, 7 days a week. The meals are well-planned and nutritional.
