Brooks Howell

Brooks-Howell Home is a non-profit charitable continuing care retirement community. Originally, it was established as a retirement home for United Methodist deaconesses and missionaries but has evolved into a community that now includes local residents from Western North Carolina, clergy and spouses, and service personnel from other denominations.

Because we have served globally and extend outreach locally, we are a diverse group of individuals who live collectively in faith. We value the gifts and experience that each resident and staff member contribute to our community. We are welcoming to all.
