At Autumnfield Belhaven, we strive to provide a higher level of service for the elderly: As a fully licensed Assisted Living Community, Autumnfield Belhaven's services include preparing delicious meals (offered with special dietary considerations), housekeeping and laundry services, medication management, assistance with activities of daily living as well as regular check-in's on the residents.
We also offer in-house physican services, RN oversight and end of life options where appropriate. We aim to allow our residents to age in place when and where possible.
