Franklin Manor Assisted Living Center

Established in 2013, Franklin Manor Assisted Living Center is a stand-alone memory-care and respite-care community located in Youngsville, North Carolina. Its unique design provides a wonderful environment for our memory-care residents, with both open living spaces and secure outdoors spaces. Franklin Manor is located on a wooded setting, just off U.S. Route 1. Our senior assisted living residents enjoy pet therapy, guest singers, October pig picking, an on-site therapy department and even our own pumpkin farm.

Franklin Manor’s highly skilled staff is dedicated to helping residents maintain the highest level of independence with compassionate care for Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory conditions. Our philosophy is to ensure a home-like environment within a secure, safe memory care community. We offer furnished private and companion suites with full bathrooms, emergency call response systems in every suite, local transportation to appointments, a state-of-the art locking security system and HDTV in each suite. All utilities, including telephone and cable services, are included.
