- Licensed for 40 residents, offering 28 apartments, available options are either 475 square feet or 525 square feet, and include a living room, kitchenette/dining room area, enclosed, bedroom, dressing area, bath and two closets.
- Kitchenette area is equipped with an under-counter refrigerator, 700 watt microwave unit, sink and cabinets.
- Bath includes shower with safety assist bars. Dressing includes vanity with linen/towel storage cabinet.
- Living units are wired for cable television on the living room and bedroom. Telephone outlets are provided in the living room and bedroom and service is at resident’s expense.
- All living unit equipped with blinds and draperies.
- Emergency 24-hour call system is located in apartment.
- Each living unit is provided with its own individually controlled heating and air-conditioning unit
