Mineral Springs is a 95-bed skilled nursing facility offering post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term and respite care. We also have eight assisted/senior living rooms available. Our staff is dedicated to serving the medical and rehabilitation needs of individuals recovering from an illness or injury. We have three dining rooms, wide spacious hallways, chandeliers, and a full and varied activities schedule. You are likely to see our wheelchair accessible van throughout the community with residents enjoying luncheons, concerts, sightseeing tours or other activities.
