The Chelsea at Fanwood offers personalized assisted living in charming studios and suites. At our Fanwood Assisted Living Community, we provide a safe, comfortable home for older adults who value their independence, but need some help with daily activities. Our 31 gracious, independent living apartments were designed with today’s older adult in mind within the friendly community of Fanwood. Across the street are the Lofts at Chelsea, luxurious 2-bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchens, polished mahogany floors, one and a half baths, music system, intercom, daily continental breakfast and more for the ultimate in independent living.

Our 15-unit Country Cottage is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment with specially trained staff for residents with Alzheimer’s and memory impairment.
