The Clare Bridge Daily Path is an evidence-based approach that offers a gentle daily structure of six planned programs per day, our routine that helps our residents maintain their abilities, encourage the use of their current skills, and offer a sense of security and accomplishment. Working in small cluster groups, each resident is surrounded by others with the same cognitive abilities, to give them a feeling of fitting in. Activities include a morning cognitive workout with discussions, brain games and physical fitness and movement classes like our B-Fit program, walking programs, and dancing.

And you and your family can choose either a private studio or a companion studio apartment. We help families make our residents apartments familiar and comfortable with a move-in guide and a suggested list of what to bring. You loved one can spend time gardening in our gardens with raised flower beds for easy access.
