Adelante Assisted Living provides safe, accessible living accommodations for seniors and provides support with the activities of daily living as well as nutritious meals. We can assist with medication, grooming, bathing, laundry, ambulation, and incontinence.
Residents may watch television, play cards or games, read or involve themselves in other activities. Adelante helps residents plan social, educational, and recreational activities, as well.
We encourage residents to remain active, so they may do their own personal laundry, pick up their own rooms, or make their own bed, as they choose. These chores are not required and Adelante can help with any or all of these tasks, as needed. Rates vary depending upon service level required.
Adelante staff members are trained in caregiving, CPR, and first aid, and certified in medication assistance. Ongoing trainings are provided throughout the year including topics like infection control, residents’ rights, safety and others.
Periodic meetings are held in the home, so that residents can provide feedback, discuss changes, or voice their requests. Adelante is always open to suggestions from residents and their legal decision makers.
This sunlit site has a welcoming shared space as well as spacious rooms with their own built-in sinks and dressers for convenience. It’s located near Carlisle and Comanche in Albuquerque’s northeast heights and has room for 8 seniors, with 6 large rooms and 2 1/5 bathrooms. Our seniors enjoy the outdoor patios, card tables, and planned activities. Single occupancy rooms are available, as well as companion care for couples, siblings, or friends who wish to live together.
Adelante Serena is a single-family style home in an established residential neighborhood, in Albuquerque’s northeast heights, conveniently located near shopping and medical offices. The home has a peaceful atmosphere, lots of accessible features, and the ability to provide housing for up to 5 seniors, with five bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms. There is a shared living space, a large kitchen, a covered patio, and landscaped backyard for the residents to enjoy.
