The services of La Posada Assisted Living are separate from Mesilla Valley Hospice services, and residents are not required to be on hospice services.

La Posada is proud to have 24-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-week nursing staff, including certified nursing aides, that provide the individualized care and skills necessary to assist our residents. Additionally, all residents are provided with emergency call bells in each room, providing the added security of staff response throughout the facility.
