First, we discuss with residents and their families, find out their needs but also their wants. This includes healthcare needs, existing lifestyle, living preferences, etc. After that, our team of dedicated professionals designs a specialized program which covers all aspects and satisfies everyone involved. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and fulfilling environment for seniors and peace of mind for their families.

Pacifica Senior Living Green Valley’s unique cottage-style concept ensures a home-like community, where residents are welcome to have the freedom to join any activities and make use of any amenities, meet new friends and age in place. Each cottage supports 12 residents, grouped according to common interests and similar care needs. They can choose whichever community feature they want to enjoy, be it the beauty shop, on-site wellness center, inviting rose garden, or the library.

Our community is near Green Valley Ranch and Ethel M Chocolate Factory and a short ride away from the Aquarium at Silvertone, El Cortez Casino, and Clark County Museum. Residents and their families are welcome to visit any of these attractions, along with a multitude of different restaurants, like Egg Words, Pizza My Dear, Casa Don Juan, and Ohjah Japanese Steakhouse.
