The Clare Bridge Daily Path is an evidence-based approach that offers a gentle daily structure of six planned programs per day, our routine that helps your loved one maintain his or her abilities encourages the use of current skills and offers a sense of security and accomplishment. Working in small cluster groups, each resident is surrounded by others with the same cognitive abilities, to give them a feeling of fitting in. Activities include a morning cognitive workout with discussions, brain games and physical fitness and movement classes like our B-Fit program, walking programs, and dancing.
