Chapel services, water and land fitness classes, trips and lunch outings, exercise room facility, warm water lap pool and whirlpool, café, small store, putting green, and a recreation area are here and waiting for you. There is also a fully functional woodshop to challenge a craftsman’s creative mind and hands.

We understand our residents want to feel at home and have choices. Residents enjoy restaurant-style dining with meal options and time of dining. We encourage residents to bring their favorite easy chair, wall hangings and mementos.

Fairlawn provides a wealth of opportunities for residents to enjoy. From singing and worship in the Chapel, to holiday parties or spending time with Life Enrichment Assistants playing games the day is as full as a resident chooses.

Fairlawn provides a home-like setting for those with mild to moderate Alzheimers or dementia diagnosis.

Five private and four semi-private rooms are situated off the living and dining areas where residents can enjoy activities and fellowship with other residents.

West Haven Assisted Living is a licensed facility providing extra help and services when living independently is no longer safe. Our 20 studio and four one-bedroom apartments are conveniently located close to a spacious lobby and dining room and have 24 hour medical assistance available. Each apartment features a 24-hour emergency call system and a floor plan designed for ease and safety.

Independent Living for those 55 and over. You have the option of purchasing a “Life-Lease” or choosing a rental option on a duplex or apartment that you can make your own in a community that cares.

Amenities include: in home emergency call system, full time maintenance team, social activities, Wyse Commons Wellness Center, Woodshop, Golf Green and well-maintained grounds add to the Fairlawn senior experience. Priority access to more extended care needs through assisted living, short-term Rehab and long-term care. Close to shopping, dining, medical centers, parks and entertainment.
