Here at Hillside, we offer several living options. The Heights offers 18 independent living apartments, the Village offers 20 assisted-living apartments, and at The Heritage we provide 24-hour skilled nursing care, which includes Anna’s House for loved ones experiencing memory impairment. A life should not be merely “lived out.” Our goal is to make each day fulfilling and pleasant, and we are continually looking for ways in which we can enrich the daily lives of our residents.

[Music] - rehab has been a proud partner Williams County hillside Country Living for over 20 years this beautiful campus located in Bryan Ohio consists with independent living apartments assisted living apartment a large skilled nursing unit and a private memory care unit the facility those larger patient rooms with ceiling lifts both short-term skilled and long-term non skilled residents as well as a recently renovated therapy gyms our therapy caseloads consists of a broad variety of outpatient inpatient skilled and inpatient non skilled long-term residents our rehab team at Hillside consistently receives very high praise from the patient's the families as well as the facility staff this facility really provides our therapists with a variety of challenging residents in a very calm and relaxing environment in sizeable high-security facility that care for excellence very convenient but all is a sincerity everybody here is approachable there's a level of special room Naza level human and understanding the - in first character setting compassion that we do we work as a team specification side of a very sneaky facility because it's a smaller facility and rural novels that people are from this area and have really a lot of there's a lot of family connections throughout the facility and everybody has really good family support which is an excellent plant patio health by country living have always have a special place in my heart and then with this facility for 20 years I really feel like facility is part of NASA's rehab years ago before I was at our regional management position I was with me Sarah this year the work with the same administrator I have been nursing to that personal name making sure our members are the patient's eyes two years are still here so under evolved link depending on the country living I think is a good example of that they would have to treat a breast best but it also is a great example of and our customer join a great team of therapists doing what we do best at Hillside century living treating our patients with commitment respect and integrity [Music]
