Our Assisted Living program at Creekside at the Village provides a comprehensive range of support services, expert medical care and attentive staff to nurture independence while meeting the changing physical, emotional and social needs as our clients age .
Our program is based on an individualized care assessment that determines the level of care that best meets the needs of our clients, and is re-evaluated every 30 days by a member of our nursing team. There are multiple levels of care with a wide range of options available, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, medication management and more.
