hello everyone is Teresa from Otterbein senior life craigers ville we are here at our featured patio home of the month it's at 11:58 bluej court and 921 square feet so I am at the front door and you'll see that we have an open-concept home a beautiful living room to relax and entertain and then as we walk into the home you're going to then notice the dining room and the kitchen so this home is newly renovated so we have new flooring we have reface the cabinetry as in all of our homes patio homes here at Otterbein we also provide all of the appliances as well so just out you're going to notice the door just off of the dining area so that leads out to the patio we honor - a little country Oasis here in kryder's Ville so we have beautiful views of the countryside and just a quiet setting the patio outside of the dining area is a great place for entertaining in the summer as you can see we're having a little bit of a snow storm here in kryder's Ville today so the next we're gonna next we're going to go into the bedroom so this is a one-bedroom one-bath home so just give you a sense of the space here in the bedroom set this bed is a queen sized bed so you have plenty of space for an additional dresser if you like or if you want to add it add chairs that you have the space in which to do that so one of the features here and each one of our patio homes at Otterbein is you see response system so you'll see a pull cord in the bathroom in the bedroom in this home and then there's also an intercom system in the living room so that gets ahold of one of our nurses right here on our campus 24 hours a day seven days a week so if you're not if a resident is not feeling well or if they just need some help medically or health-wise that they have access to a nurse 24 hours a day so next off of the bedroom you have a walk-in closet great space for storage wish I had one this size at my own house and then right next to that is the full bath so you're gonna see a walk-in shower again the cabinetry has been reef aced and we've updated fixtures and then also in our one bedroom patio homes the a washer/dryer is conveniently located in the bathroom so we are going to next we're going to go back out to the living room and we're going to head to the garage so all of the patio homes here at Otterbein we had 12 floor plans all come with in it a conveniently attached garage those so there's additional storage here in the garage and also if a resident decides they that like to pass an additional shelving our maintenance team can add that shelving as well so we're gonna come back into the house so if you would like to make an appointment or would like to come see this home or any of our homes that we have available here at Otterbein kryder's ville you just give Nicole a call her number is thanks for viewing this with us today and have a wonderful day
