Bethany Place is a market-rate senior apartment community that provides individuals, age 55 years or older, with an inviting place to call home. Located on the west side of Fremont, next door to the Sandusky County YMCA and near the county fairgrounds, this vibrant community is also conveniently close to shopping, entertainment venues, and medical care facilities.
Congregate care affords residents the ability to live as independently as possible, while also sharing meals with other residents and enjoying numerous other services, amenities, and opportunities to engage in social activities. Bethany Place also offers assisted living for residents who are no longer able to live independently, but who do not require constant care. Assisted living residents may take advantage of all the services and amenities available to independent seniors, thus empowering all residents to embrace life to its fullest.
Life at Bethany Place is made easier for residents because they are freed from the chores and worries of maintaining a home. The following services and amenities are included:
- A continental breakfast and two home-cooked meals, served daily in our dining room
- Light housekeeping and laundry services (twice monthly)
- Individualized, locked mailboxes and daily outgoing mail service
- Professional landscaping, lawn care and snow removal
- Interior and exterior maintenance
In addition, enhanced independent living services are available for a fee. When needed, these services can help residents remain living independently for as long as possible.
Bethany Place offers assisted living for residents who are no longer able to live independently, but who do not require constant care. Assisted living expands the continuum of care by offering access to around-the-clock nursing care and help with activities of daily living such as:
- Eating
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Walking
- Laundry and housekeeping
- Medication management
In many cases, assisted living bridges the gap between independent living and nursing care, and it is an appropriate level of care for older adults who wish to remain as active and independent as possible. Residents receive the support of a professional, caring staff and services tailored to their interests and abilities.
Assisted living residents receive all the services and amenities available to independent living residents as well as these additional services:
