I'll cut it up and you put it in the basket okay there you go Dorothy the O'Neill health care family of communities and services represents a strong multifaceted organization of senior care it's about delivering services to our residents so we listen attentively and we try to always be there to provide for the needs that the residents and their families require you you have to get the feeling while I'm trying to get over as you live longer it's just becoming more and more obvious that there's a there's stages of dementia and Alzheimer's that need addressed you want to make sure you have a safe but still home-like place where they can live this means you have to eliminate anxiety over location of a feeling lost or isolated and we do that in either a complete assisted living closed living environment or in the skilled care we are very fortunate to have a seasoned staff many of the staff members have been with us for many years and have entrusted our facilities to provide care for their own families they want to serve people in a very caring they come from a varying backgrounds and training from state tested nursing assistance to our ends physician assistants physical therapists all these people that create a team to help care for someone our staff in our various communities are wonderful we have people with 25 years experience it could be in housekeeping it can be in nursing it can be in maintenance because they work in a supportive caring environment with coworkers and management they are able to give the outstanding care and compassion that our residents need what makes O'Neil healthcare unique is the fact that we are family owned and operated we are members of the communities in which we serve we are innovative in the services we provide and we're recognized at the local state and national level for the care that we provide what people are most concerned about when they come to one of our facilities is well their loved one be cared for like they have cared for though over the years and o'neil health care we make sure that's our primary goal you
