Brentwood Health Care (BHCC) is a 99-bed skilled nursing facility that specializes in short and long term rehabilitation. BHCC is a medicare and medicaid certified facility that also participates in many private insurances as well as being an approved residents rights advocate by the state of Ohio. Brentwood is operated and maintained by a dedicated group of in-house staff, never relying on outside employment agencies.

Our objective is to heal patients back to a safe, independent community environment. Physical healing begins with personalized therapy. Our free range of rehabilitative services include physical, occupational, speech, stroke, recreational, wound and IV-therapies. Our gentle approach achieves the same results as intensive rehabilitation programs that push for maximum results in a minimum amount of time.

Located on the Brentwood Campus, ‘The Reserve’ is an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility. This state-of-the-art facility was designed by the distinguished architect Walter ‘Buck’ Withers AIA, NCARB certified with 40 years of specialized senior living design experience. Buck Withers is committed to creating environments that support senior lifestyles where those with limitations can thrive. He creates communities for organizations that differentiate them from the competition.

The Reserve is not only differentiated by its specialized architectural design but also has a Dementia program for the Memory Care unit that is internationally recognized and unique to this area. Being a Continuing Care Retirement Community is also a unique benefit to The Reserve residents since the Campus already provides rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and out-patient therapy.

At The Reserve at Brentwood, our residents’ health and safety are our very highest priorities. That’s why we’ve invested in the very latest intelligent technology to help prevent falls and hospitalizations. It’s a predictive system that includes motion detectors, bed sensors, and infrared depth sensors to help our expert staff monitor fall risks, receive immediate alerts when conditions change, and react quickly when falls occur. It’s one more way we help our residents live healthier, safer, happier lives and give their loved ones even greater peace of mind while they’re in our care.

The Reserve boasts a smart, securely designed Memory Care unit that’s internationally recognized and unique to our community. The 16 memory care apartments give you all the great amenities of our assisted living and independent residences, plus a few that are particularly helpful to residents in our dementia program:

Brentwood long-term care offers an extensive variety of activities and events, with a state of the art activities program offering classes on history, travel, spirituality, sports, TV, film, games, crafts, and many more. Additional amenities include our on-premises salon, bird sanctuary, and vegetable and pastoral gardens. Dining services are cooked to order by our executive chef, ensuring food is always healthy, fresh, and home cooked.
