when people walk into teal Creek for the first time they'll feel warmth you wouldn't want it any other way free it's wonderful we want them to feel the difference we have fun we're willing to go to any lengths to meet a residents request when was the last time you did something for the first time I've got it [Music] Greg's a daredevil but so am i she'll freak does therapy food and activities better than anybody in town when I think of teal Creek I think that someone brought the best of the best into Oklahoma chill Creek assisted living is centrally located in Edmond Oklahoma with easy access to Kilpatrick Turnpike we start with medication supervision and go all the way up to full care there is someone here 24 hours a day this is a fantastic community the fantastic looking building is brand new has 126 units we have a medical director we have two concrete steel reinforced storm shelters that can withstand an f5 tornado there's in-house services that aren't available from any other assisted living we've assembled but I think is one of the best group of people in Oklahoma to take care of the residents here until Creek we have in-house therapy we provide therapy with our therapists and just our space alone rivals rehab centers which i think is unique in the assisted living environment what's up still Creek part our resident the amenities that Hill Creek have that personalization for each resident coming in every resident is different every care plan is going to look differently I never seen Swiger better people my mother has really enjoyed all the people that have been around her and have helped her it's just the comfort and the care that I did are always available and ready and do good work foods pretty good too this chef is so friendly and so accommodating tip anything that you want the cook is terrific food is a big part of their day okay really a big part of their life I mean the social aspects of dining together and camaraderie in X Hill Creek eating is probably the highlight of everyone's day we want to provide them with a quality meal a balanced diet and other nutritionist on-site and a dietician that come in and check our menu we have a team of people that care that love that are committed to serving today's seniors we have three types of living sweets we have a one-bedroom called the artesian and we have a large suite called the brooklet which is a studio and as a medium sized which is the cascade which is also a studio we have some beautiful family lounges and then we have the landing which is our multi-purpose room where we do wake and waddle and a variety of other activities we have some unique amenities that you don't find in a lot of assisted living places all right that's the have the coffee machine and they have to put in green too we also have the Q which is our ice cream parlor we have what we call headquarters and that's the beauty shop so basically what a shampoo in a set or a haircut will do for the individual pedicure you come out feeling like a million bucks it's a family affair if you will a family you become a family with your fellow residents has owners that are locally in the community invested in the community I think the residents would say that teal Creek is home I like teal Creek I like the amenities this here is a box of cards a pedal framed there's not that many collectors we're family all the time in fact she is thrilled thrilled with how friendly everyone is and and how they just smile and greet her and that really means a lot to her we are very excited that's very very happy family the best thing for me is when a resident might knock on the door and say wow I didn't know what I needed this is what I needed it's been my speed if things I like to do I have friends go but that'll knock on the door thank you that's the way neighbors are supposed to be people should live it to your creek because of who we are we want residents to experience life to explore us

my full name is Ruth horn character I missile horns oldest daughter my dad died in 2016 we knew that we would have to find some type of residence for her and there will be times when she has to have more help than others we were wondering what this place was some of us stopped one day and asked what what is this and some of the people told us this is chill Creek a new assisted living and it will have all branches of care my sister my brothers and I have all been here we looked at two or three others too but we really like this one the best we've just been awfully fortunate it's Ben's really smooth they are willing to meet her where she is she has a hearing deficiency she has to have her food different to everyone else's and they have just willingly focused on what she needs I've enjoyed it I've been treated good here everyone is so nice with staff management all the employees and the residents are so friendly and nice there's really a lot of living that's going on in this place putting puzzles together singing listening to music and she is thrilled thrilled with how friendly everyone is and and how they just smile and greet her and that means a lot to my mother

Gregg diamond the chief operating officer for tool Creek assisted living we're not what I would consider a traditional assisted living as chief operating officer my responsibility is to make sure the residents are taken care of make sure that the residents get to do whatever they want [Music] didn't budget area we want residents to experience life to its fullest my name is Cindy Bennett and I am the community relations director at Hill Creek what sets us apart at Mill Creek it's just our ability to listen we were raised so far everybody works my name is James Lauderdale I get to serve til Creek is executive director we empower our team here with the three C's clear constant communication we go extra mile when folks come in to make sure we understand what the needs are that we just don't assume what they lost it's just a hope the whole atmosphere wherever you meet anyone or talk to anyone they're all so friendly I'm David Oden I'm the culinary director at teal Creek the residents come in a staggered fashion it's just a pleasure to interact with them and I've got to where I know what they want I am Corey Moore you rehan director song coordinate all the therapy that happens in the building for residents here to peak my name is dr. Alexander Frank I am a long-term care and post acute rehab specialist I was just stopping by to say hello my name is Christy Melinda I am an LPN and I am the director of nursing for skill Creek how are you all right the thing I love most is being able to hear the patient's stories of where they've been nearly singing and listening we get on the horse we've you know Barney and a couple what's unique here is that our employees provide care to the residents but they're also the housekeeper they're the Dietary manager they're the food service person right age take care of a resident they take care of a resident they know everything about my favorite thing is the socialization I think we forget sometimes that as we grow older that we still need our peers we're very thankful to serve here at feel creepy I know we've hired some great people it's all about what's that resident need and we can meet those needs anytime day or night you [Music]
