At Skylark, we believe that the key to a fulfilling life is having the opportunity to make as many positive personal choices as possible. We offer all of our residents the chance to work with our team members, their own families, and medical providers to design a personalized service plan to meet their unique needs and interests. Most of our life enrichment activities are integrated with the larger community, to encourage residents to develop a strong connection with their fellow residents, as well as a sense of purpose, accomplishment, and value.
