The Pearl at Kruse Way Rehabilitation Health Center helps adults recover from trauma, surgery, or major illness. Directed by your physician, our multidisciplinary team of nurses, social workers, dieticians and rehabilitation therapists will develop a rehabilitation program just for you.

Your rehabilitation will be coordinated with your optimal discharge plan in mind. Our goal is to help adults reach their highest possible functional levels through therapy, medical stabilization, nutritional, spiritual and social stimulation.

Our skilled nursing care facility, near Portland, has on staff registered and practical nurses, plus vocational and physical therapists, working in unison to bring back full health and help seniors in their transition back to everyday life. As well as nursing care, we offer assistance with daily living routines.

Our kind and professionally trained nursing professionals will work quickly, under the guidance of your referring doctor, to see that you receive the best possible care.

Our care team at The Pearl at Kruse Way Memory Care works with home health, hospice and other practitioners to help meet the resident’s needs. Through our Service Plans, each of our residents care and services can be adjusted. Within our homelike households the director, nurse, medication aides and caregivers oversee or provide the many services.

We are proud to provide short-term respite stays at a nightly fee. This is ideal for family caregivers who may need a few days or weeks off. We will work closely with your loved one’s primary care physician to help continue the care they deserve.

Our equipment and treatment techniques assist adults through a speedy and comprehensive recovery.

At the Pearl at Kruse Way, residents have access to medical, nutritional and social services. They may select their own attending physician or request our medical director to monitor their stay. Our licensed nurses coordinate residents’ care and accommodate their needs.

The Pearl’s dining room is a great place to socialize and offers a wonderful dining experience to residents and their guests.

Physical, occupational and speech therapy is offered to residents at the Pearl based on their individual needs.
